Most Miry.net items can be returned or exchanged by mail within 30 days of purchase if it has not been worn, used, or shows no visible sign of wearing. Shipping invoice and packing slip you receive with your purchase is needed for all returns and exchanges, so do not misplace it for the needs of returns and exchanges. Please see below for more specific information about return or exchange restrictions.
When return and exchange is requested, Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued via e-mail. No return and exchange requested will be processed without RA # in any case. If any item reaches us for return purpose without RA#, then Miry.net will not receive it and package will return to sender.
Returns and exchanges can take up to two to four weeks for processing after Return Authorization Number (RA#) is issued.
Miry.net will process your return within 7 business days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. We will do our best to expedite your service as much as possible.
Securely pack the merchandise and ship to Miry.net via US Postal Service, UPS or any other shipping method you desire to the address listed below. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are nonrefundable).
Shipping and handling fee is not negotiable or refundable. All shipping and handling fee for purchasing, returning, and exchanging will be charged to the account which was given to Miry.net when order was first placed.
